• Appointments: All appointments may be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours, the $20 deposit will be redeemed.

• Confirmation: When booking online, please wait for a confirmation call or WhatsApp message.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.

• Communication:

  1. Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.

  2. Provide complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.

• Courtesy: Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

• Usage: Use products, equipment, and therapies as directed.

• Policies: Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.

• Pregnancy or Medical Conditions:

• Mention any medical information when booking an appointment, as certain treatments may not be advisable.

• Inform your therapist or esthetician of any medical concerns or if you’re wearing contact lenses before a facial.

• If you are pregnant, please note that massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).
