At Ashley Ace Spa, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following:

Deposit Requirement

A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service cost.

Appointment Confirmation

When booking online, please wait for a confirmation call or WhatsApp message.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive this message.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next guest.

There is no late fee, but full service charges still apply.
